The company is based in Guanzate, in the province of Como and the company deals in the design, development, sale and rental of diverse kinds of properties. These include residential, retail parks, healthcare residences (RSAs) and miscellaneous properties for industry, logistics and commerce, and educational and sports complexes. Its principal market is concentrated in the area north of Milan and up to the Swiss border, a region with among the highest national GDP levels.
For almost 50 years, the Company has been providing its expertise at every stage in the construction and property management processes, offering different levels of service according to the type of property. These services range from those for construction alone through to more complex systems such as urban, architectural, structural, executive and plant design, as well as for maintenance and the management of properties. The core business is construction, rental and the management of the property portfolios, all of which organised in an integrated and efficient fashion. The actual work of construction on contract for third parties is now a marginal part of the business with respect to its other activities.
