(the construction company), and some real property development and management companies (SPVs), most of which are wholly owned and some of which are in partnership with other investment companies in the real property field.

Site activities are constantly supported by highly specialised technical personnel possessed of qualifications and expertise in architectural, executive and structural design.
Our technical department uses its building information modelling software in its design work, permitting extraordinary control over the project, the construction work and the subsequent management of the property.
