Ginvest S.p.A. is the holding company of the Ginvest Group, which has been trading in the real estate sector since 1972.
The company is based in Guanzate, in the province of Como. The company deals with the design, development, sale and rental of different kinds of real properties: residential, retail parks, healthcare homes (“RSA”s) and miscellaneous, i.e. properties for industry, logistics and commerce, and schools and sports complexes.
The reference market is mainly concentrated in the area north of Milan and up as far as the Swiss border, a region with some of the highest national GDP levels.
For almost 50 years, the company has been offering its expertise to follow every phase of the construction and real estate management processes, providing diverse levels of service according to the property type. The company serves both construction alone and more complex systems including urban, architectural, structural, executive and plant design and the maintenance and management of properties. The core business focuses on the construction, rental and management of the properties in the portfolio, activities that it manages in integrated and efficient manner. Pure construction work on behalf of third parties is however marginal with respect to its other business.
